Eli Schlossberg is a well known and often quoted specialty food and kosher expert. He has recently launched a new consulting firm Castle Consulting Group. Mr. Schlossberg was owner and CEO of a specialty food distribution company in the Mid-Atlantic States. He successfully sold his company in 1987. Since then he has been involved with two other distribution wholesalers in marketing and sales management. He now brings over 30 years of specialty marketing and distribution knowledge to the kosher food industry.
